The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060s is a 48-inch Liquid Propane freestanding grill designed for serious outdoor cooking. Built from 304 stainless steel, it’s made to perform in any outdoor kitchen setup, offering strength, smart control, and reliable heat.

The control panel is made of modern black glass and features a digital touchscreen. You can control it directly or remotely via Bluetooth or WiFi. A 120V power source supports the ignition and interior lights.

Inside the grill, four heavy-duty cast stainless steel burners provide a total of 112,000 BTUs. These burners are built with thick walls for durability and even heat. Flavor grids sit above the burners to distribute heat evenly and reduce flare-ups. Heat zone separators help you set different temperatures across the 1,056 square inches of main grilling space—great when you’re cooking meats, vegetables, or fish at the same time.

The cooking grids use Fire Magic’s Diamond Sear surface—flat and wide for better heat transfer and easy food release. Above the main surface is a 344 square inch warming rack that adjusts as needed.

For rotisserie cooking, an infrared backburner delivers 22,000 BTUs of steady heat. A heavy-duty rotisserie kit is included. The hood is double-walled and spring-assisted, opening to 90° for easy access and airflow.

At night, built-in halogen lights brighten the cooking area, and back-lit knobs help you stay in control. A large drip tray on ball-bearing slides makes cleanup quick with Fire Magic’s disposable drip pan system.

On the left side, the built-in 60,000 BTU power burner is strong enough for woks, boiling seafood, or frying. The side shelves provide room for prep or storage, and the grill cart comes pre-assembled.
