Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Many items ship free within the continental U.S. Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. Larger grills and outdoor appliances may take longer.

Q: Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, we ship only within the continental United States.

Q: Will the delivery team install my grill or appliance?
A: Standard delivery includes curbside drop-off only. Installation is not included.


Products & Installation

Q: Do you offer installation services?
A: We don’t provide installation, but we recommend hiring a licensed contractor or installer for outdoor kitchens and gas appliances.

Q: Can I use liquid propane and natural gas with the same grill?
A: Some grills are built for a specific fuel type. Check the product description carefully, or contact us before purchasing.

Q: Where can I find product manuals or spec sheets?
A: Many products have downloadable manuals or spec sheets available on their product page. If you can’t find what you need, email us and we’ll help.
