The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060i is a built-in Liquid Propane grill designed for outdoor kitchens. It has a wide 48-inch grilling surface, a rotisserie system, and advanced control features to support a wide range of outdoor cooking tasks.

The front panel uses modern black glass with a digital touchscreen. You can control the temperature manually or through Bluetooth from your phone. The hood is spring-assisted and opens a full 90 degrees for easy access. Interior halogen lights let you grill at night without extra lighting.

Inside, you'll find:

• Three cast stainless steel burners (1/4-inch thick) for 84,000 BTUs of power

• One infrared sear burner that delivers up to 1,000°F with 25,000 BTUs

The ignition system uses hot surface ignition, which is more reliable than spark systems. If needed, backup flash tubes ensure the burners light.

The cooking surface totals 1,056 square inches, made with Fire Magic’s Diamond Sear cooking grids. These are flat and trapezoid-shaped to transfer heat efficiently and resist sticking. A 344-square-inch warming rack sits above and can be moved or removed when not needed.

Flavor grids above the burners spread heat evenly and reduce flare-ups. They also include heat zone separators for multi-zone grilling.

The rear burner is an infrared rotisserie burner with 22,000 BTUs. A rotisserie kit is included. Cleanup is easier with a large drip tray mounted on ball bearing glides. The hood, body, and internal parts are all made from 304 stainless steel for durability.

The grill includes built-in lighting, solid mounting hangers for clean integration into outdoor kitchens, and a digital thermometer on the control panel. It connects to a standard 120 VAC power source for ignition and lighting.
