The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060i is a 48-inch built-in Liquid Propane grill designed for serious outdoor cooking. It’s made to fit into your outdoor kitchen and built from 304 stainless steel. This model runs on Liquid Propane and includes four cast stainless steel burners, each precision-port machined for better heat distribution and long-term durability.

The front panel is black glass with a touchscreen interface. It’s simple to use and includes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. You can control temperature settings from your phone or tablet.

The hood is double-walled and spring-assisted. It opens to 90 degrees, giving you better access and improved airflow. Inside, the grill includes Diamond Sear cooking grids. These are flat and wide to transfer more heat to your food, helping you get consistent sear marks.

This grill includes 1,056 square inches of primary cooking area. Above that is a 344 square inch warming rack, which can be moved out of the way when needed. The total cooking space comes to 1,400 square inches.

The rotisserie system uses a 22,000 BTU infrared backburner and comes with a heavy-duty kit. It’s built for slow roasting whole chickens, roasts, or other large cuts. Three halogen lights inside the firebox make it easier to cook at night.

For ignition, Fire Magic uses a hot surface system that lights fast and stays consistent. There’s a flash tube backup system as well. The burners sit below stainless steel flavor grids. These spread heat more evenly and protect the burners from grease and food debris.

Each grill section can be used as a separate zone, so you can cook at different temperatures across the surface. This helps when you're grilling steaks on one side and vegetables or fish on the other.

A large drip tray slides out on ball bearing glides and uses disposable pans for easy cleanup. Raised trim flanges are built into the sides and back of the firebox to create a seamless fit when you drop it into your outdoor kitchen island.

All lighting and ignition functions require a 120V outlet. Everything on the E1060i is designed for outdoor use and long-term reliability.
