The Broil King Regal Pellet 500 is a sturdy, high-performance pellet smoker grill made for outdoor cooking. With 865 square inches of total cooking space and heavy cast iron grids, it’s built to handle smoking, grilling, and roasting with ease.

The main chamber offers 625 sq. in. of primary cooking space, giving you plenty of room for ribs, brisket, or burgers. A secondary porcelain-coated warming rack adds another 200 sq. in. to keep food hot or slow-cook smaller cuts.

A 22-lb pellet hopper powers the system, feeding wood pellets through a heavy-duty auger. The digital control panel supports WiFi and Bluetooth, letting you monitor and adjust heat remotely through the Broil King® app.

Dial in the heat precisely, whether you're using the preset smoke, roast, or grill modes. Dual meat probes help track internal temps, so you stay in control of your cook. The display is large and easy to read, even in bright sunlight.

Made from 14-gauge (2 mm) steel, this grill is designed for consistent heat retention. A double-wall lid and oven-style gasket help seal in smoke and flavor.

Cleanup is straightforward. The unit includes a removable stainless steel drip tray, a separate ash collection system, and a burn-pot agitator to break up residue.

The included rotisserie kit comes with a stainless steel spit rod, forks, and an electric motor. You also get a side shelf with tool hooks and a bottle opener, plus a lower shelf for storing extra bags of pellets or BBQ tools.
