The Regal Pellet 500 Pro is a powerful, all-purpose pellet grill designed for smoking, roasting, and grilling in your outdoor kitchen. It offers consistent heat control, a large cooking surface, and practical features that help you cook efficiently.

Built from thick 2mm steel and stainless steel parts, the Regal Pellet 500 Pro handles high heat and daily use. Its main cooking surface gives you 625 square inches of space. You also get an extra 240 square inches on the warming rack—bringing the total to 865 square inches. The solid stainless steel cooking grids hold heat well and are easy to clean.

The digital control panel connects via WiFi and Bluetooth, letting you adjust the temperature from your phone using the Broil King® app. The system includes preset buttons for smoking, roasting, and grilling. With the built-in PID controller, the temperature stays stable throughout your cook.

This model includes a 22 lb pellet hopper that feeds pellets into a heavy-duty auger. The auger runs at 3.6 RPM for even pellet delivery. You can cook low and slow or crank the heat up to 600°F.

Two electronic meat probes help you track internal temps without opening the lid. The rotisserie kit adds another cooking option for larger cuts or poultry. A side shelf and fold-down front shelf provide workspace, while the large bottom shelf gives you room to store extra supplies.

Cleaning is simple with a removable drip tray, agitator, and ash cleanout system. The grease management setup keeps things neat. The hopper also has a sealed cleanout system and a built-in fuel sensor that alerts you when pellet levels run low.

The grill moves easily on 8" wheels and 3" locking casters. And the built-in bottle opener is a small but useful touch.
