The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660i is a built-in natural gas grill made for serious outdoor cooking. With a 30-inch wide cooking surface and 3 cast stainless steel burners, this grill delivers 75,000 BTUs of even, reliable heat.

The grill includes a heavy-duty rotisserie and a rear infrared burner rated at 11,000 BTUs, allowing you to slow-roast meats while using the main burners for direct grilling. A built-in Magic View window lets you check on your food without lifting the lid and letting heat escape.

Diamond Sear cooking grids cover 660 square inches of main grilling space. These grids have a flat top to help transfer heat directly from the burners to your food. An additional 288 square inches is available on the warming rack, which adjusts or moves out of the way when not in use.

You get precise control over heat thanks to the analog thermometer and separate burner controls. Ignition is handled by a hot surface system for quick, consistent starts. Flash tubes offer a backup ignition method.

Inside the hood, three halogen lights help you cook after dark. Flavor grids sit above the burners to spread heat and reduce flare-ups. Built-in heat zone separators give you control over different temperature areas on the grill.

The double-walled hood opens to 90 degrees for easy access and better airflow. The exterior is made from 304 stainless steel and includes a modern black glass control panel. Backlit knobs improve visibility and ease of use.

Cleanup is straightforward with a full-width drip tray on ball bearing glides. The grill requires a 120 VAC power source for the ignition and interior lighting. It mounts cleanly into your outdoor kitchen island using the solid raised hangers along the back and sides.
