The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660i 30-Inch Built-In Natural Gas Grill is designed for serious outdoor cooking. Whether you're building a full outdoor kitchen or upgrading your natural gas grill, the E660i blends durable performance with thoughtful features.

Built to last with 304 stainless steel, this built-in gas grill delivers consistent heat across a 660-square-inch main cooking area. Three cast stainless steel burners generate 75,000 BTUs and distribute heat evenly using stainless steel flavor grids. These grids also help control flare-ups and keep the burners protected.

The patented Diamond Sear cooking grids provide excellent heat transfer thanks to their flat, trapezoid shape. Their non-stick surface makes food easier to handle and cleanup quicker. The warming rack above adds another 288 square inches for toasting buns or keeping food warm.

An infrared backburner adds 11,000 BTUs and is paired with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit—ideal for slow roasting meats with even heat. Whether you're searing steaks or turning a rotisserie chicken, the Echelon gives you control and flexibility.

Lighting is built into both the control knobs and the cooking area. Three halogen lights illuminate the interior, so grilling after dark is no problem. The analog thermometer on the hood measures temps up to 1000°F, giving you a clear readout at a glance.

The grill hood is spring-assisted and double-walled. It opens to 90 degrees, which improves airflow and makes access easier while cooking or cleaning. And speaking of cleaning, the full-width drip tray slides out smoothly on ball bearing glides. It works with disposable pans to help make cleanup simple.

This model includes built-in flash tubes and hot surface ignition for reliable starts, even when outdoor conditions are less than ideal. It requires a 120V power source to support the ignition system and internal lighting.
