The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660i is a high-performance, built-in Liquid Propane grill designed for serious outdoor cooking. With smart features, solid construction, and precise temperature control, this grill fits seamlessly into any modern outdoor kitchen setup.

It features a sleek black glass control panel with a digital touchscreen. You can control grill functions directly on the panel or remotely using Bluetooth or WiFi from your smartphone.

Inside, you’ll find three cast stainless steel burners that deliver a total of 75,000 BTUs. These burners are built with 1/4-inch thick walls for durability and even heat distribution. They ignite quickly and reliably using a hot surface ignition system. Flash tubes provide backup ignition, so you're never left with cold burners.

The cooking area covers 660 square inches, and it’s topped with Diamond Sear grids—trapezoid-shaped stainless steel rods designed for optimal heat transfer. These grids provide a large, flat surface that sears meats and vegetables evenly.

Above the main grilling surface is an adjustable warming rack, giving you extra space to keep food warm or toast buns. An infrared backburner adds another 11,000 BTUs of heat, ideal for using the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit. Whether you're roasting chicken or slow-cooking roasts, the rotisserie delivers consistent, even results.

The grill hood is double-walled and spring-assisted. It opens to a full 90 degrees for easy access and allows heat to vent efficiently. Inside, three halogen lights illuminate the cooking space for clear visibility, even at night.
