The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060s is a high-performance Liquid Propane freestanding grill designed for serious outdoor cooking. Built from 304 stainless steel, it offers a large cooking area, reliable ignition, and useful extras like a rotisserie kit, power side burner, and built-in lighting.

The grill has four cast stainless steel burners that deliver a combined 112,000 BTUs. Each burner is solid and built to last, with ¼-inch thick walls and precision ports that provide even heat. Above the burners are stainless steel flavor grids with heat zone separators. These allow for different cooking temperatures across the grill—ideal for grilling meat, vegetables, or seafood at once.

The 1056 square inch cooking surface is covered with Fire Magic’s Diamond Sear cooking grids. These grids are wide and flat for good heat transfer, with a matte finish to help reduce sticking. Above the main area is a 344 square inch warming rack that adjusts or moves out of the way when not needed.

At the back of the grill is a 22,000 BTU infrared backburner paired with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit. The system is suited for slow roasting and includes a stainless steel spit rod, forks, and motor.

The Echelon E1060s is equipped with a 60,000 BTU power side burner—strong enough for boiling, frying, or wok cooking. It sits on the left side and adds extra flexibility to your outdoor kitchen.

Other key features include a double-walled hood that opens to 90 degrees, a black glass control panel, and internal halogen lighting. Back-lit control knobs make it easier to use after dark. The grill lights using a hot surface ignition system. Flash tubes are included as backup.

A large drip tray with smooth ball-bearing glides makes cleanup fast. The grill requires a standard 120 VAC power source to operate the ignition and lights.
